Rockstar games launcher timed out both online and offline

I donot seem to be able to play....
The Rockstar Game Launcher timed out loading both its online and offline content.
Please check you connection and try again.

I can log into the rockstar website just fine. Only the launcher is preventing me playing.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the launcher and tried to run as admin....

Looks like I am waiting for a patch to be able to play

It was Winblows 11 blocking the launcher from saving changes to the games config files...
Had to click on the notification on the taskbar and allow the changes and then life is good I can play...

Did you fix it?
For me, it was Windows security. Just add Rockstar Games as an exeption:
Program files\Rockstar Games
Program files(x86)\Rockstar Games
Documents\Rockstar Games
Appdata\Local\Rockstar Games

I am thinking you missed something.
