Game is stuttering a lot? (Fixed, kinda.)

For some reason no matter what settings I use, the 1% FPS lows are at 10-15 for some reason, compared to locked 120 on the normal GTA, what’s going on here?

Edit: March 6th: After Updating NVIDIA Drivers to 572.70, the performance went from 60FPS to 100 FPS (MAX SETTINGS) and the stuttering is gone, but this is only with few minutes of gameplay, will do more testing and if needs to be updated, I will update this post again.

Edit 2: March 8th: The game DOES stutter when there are few players around fighting with eachother and cops everywhere, even without raytracing, that needs to be sorted out as it's very distracting and unplayable.

Edit 3: March 30th The Stuttering seems to have gotten better but then I haven't had such scenarios with too many players and cops around, but it seems to have gotten better.

I believe its newer gen cpu's with high grade graphics card specifically AMD to Nividia

That has nothing to do with it, game runs perfectly fine, what you have installed in the background however makes a huge difference like crapware antivirus programs like kaspersky, norton, avira, avast etc and other programs that doesn't need to be running at the same time.

For me - i didnt have any stutters, 1% at 58FPS. Ryzen 7 5800X + RX 7700 XT

No stuttering with 7500F + 6800 XT = RT MAX = 1440P.

No stutters here, but I've gotta 2 lag spikes 6 hours apart, and my game crashes when I try to buy specific weapons at the store in story mode

Running like ♥♥♥♥. 7800X3D and 7900XTX with 32gb of system ram. Game is installed on NVMe.

RTX 3060, Ryzen 5 4500, 16GB RAM game installed on NVME drive. Getting some very minor microstutter but its mostly when driving and its no where near as bad as with UE5 games as its actually barely noticiable.

Game defaulted to having almost everything (aside from a couple of ray tracing features) maxxed out at 1080p. I'm getting between 60-80fps. So I'm happy.

The only stutter I notice is during cutscenes and the FPS is stable while it happens.
This might be called micro stutter, not sure.

Yeah same, gameplay is completely stutter free for me but cutscenes are choppy even though frames are stable. It's odd.
