I would also request, as a player, you check your GPU control panel to ensure you are not limiting your frame rate (fps) there.

How do I do that?

How do I do that?
Go to your NVIDIA App
Click Graphics
Click GTA V Enhanced
Go to Driver Setting Section

Look at Max Frame Rate
Make sure it says "Off" or Global - OFF

OK, several games including GTA are CTD with this enabled. I'm sorry that wasn't the solution.

Try eplacing GeForce Game Ready Driver 576.02 with an earlier driver version.

Either: 572.83 572.70 etc

NVIDIA drivers have been problematic recently.

Game developers urge Nvidia RTX 30 and 40 series owners rollback to December 2024 driver after recent RTX 50-centric release issues

Rolling back to older drivers seems to be the only fix for some.

They didn't blame the computer though? They said the graphic driver installed atm has been known to cause issues with older cards (he has an older card based on specs posted) and suggested trying an earlier driver version. It's a 5 minute software change. Where's the blame?

Don't get me wrong; I hate enhanced (for other reasons) but this was a perfectly reasonable suggestion based on a backed up source and determined based on the specs he posted. What am I missing?

I usually don't have issues but yesterday i got a BSOD just after starting a mission.
Could be just a Windows or Gamebar issue because i already got the same in Forza.
My PC is full AMD but Nvidia is even worse.

I stopped looking for reliability in softwares. The more complicated, the more bugged...

A BSOD could point to a driver or hardware issue. You can check if it is a driver issue by downloading BlueScreenView and run it.

"BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file description, and file version).
For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane. BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly caused the crash. "
Lol my game is crashing since Monday night, even though, and I have tried everything but the game is still not launching
