Don't buy the Acid lab. Play the Fooligans First Dose and Last Dose sets of missions, you'll get to steal (and keep) the truck from Merryweather (and an electric supercar for free), then buy the lab for it with a discount.
As for the decision between the Auto Shop and Clubhouse, I don't know, maybe both, it doesn't really matter which one first, get them both, they have a similar means of semi-active income in the form of modifying a vehicle for a customer, then delivering to them. You'll get the "invested" cash back with a bonus, if you manage to deliver it clean (no crashes underway). Applies to both businesses. The missions for the couple co-owning and running the Auto Shop with you aren't that good, honestly I don't bother with them anymore. Also there's a daily list of cars to deliver to Brucie's spot in the docks, "Exotic Import - Export", which is also nice, you'll get 20K for a piece and it doesn't matter in what state it arrives, as long as you don't wreck it completely. They spawn randomly as blue dots, but some of them can be stolen from streets and they count as well. Unlike Simeon's list (which allows to deliver only one car), you'll get to deliver most of them, or eventually the whole list, if you play long enough and they keep spawning.
As for the Clubhouse, if you own the Criminal Enterprises Starter Pack, you'll get a free Counterfeit Cash factory, which isn't bad, though some deliveries can be quite tedious, especially doing them solo, if you get a full stock, you may spawn a few garbage trucks, or Postal Service trucks to do the deliveries with and they are slow as F**K. Honestly most of the selling missions for the MC Club aren't good for solo, better get someone to help you, or do deliveries through NightClub, that way you get only the Speedo Custom (or bigger truck, if you happen to own such and your stock is more than what would fit into the Speedo van), don't bother with the businesses themselves.
All car upgrades are unlocked and half of them are discounted.
in the end u gonna buy them all anyway
I'm not sure. The Clubhouse requires a reliable crew of real people and the Facility looks really boring.
For your nightclub to operate you don't need to do anything with the MC, bunker or warehouse. As long as you have those it makes product to sell....just keep popularity maxed for the passive.
Can pimp out your cars in the autoshop, and then drive like 3 blocks to the car meet, and add colored headlights.
Auto Shop is pretty good as along as you keep getting the U.D. heist, imo. Otherwise, I like using my fully kitted Arena for modifications, and I'd point you towards the Salvage Yard over the Auto Shop (it's like vehicle warehouse 2.0 and better imo, especially with friends in need of cash from the steal mission).
One last thing that probably didn't NEED to be said but hey: OP, whatever you do, stay away from Bail Offices unless you get REALLY bored. The most underwhelming business they conceived.
