can someone help me with this

so i've been getting this error each time i boot up gta 5 enhanced and it wont let me play and i've searched all over the internet youtube google all that and found nothing about my problem so i'd appreciate it if you could help me. I'm gonna type out the error since i cant send pictures. ERR_GFX_D3D_NOD3D12

That's the GPU built into your processor. You can check what GPU your video card is by opening the task manager and going to the performance tab

this whole computer is pretty old so im not really suprised

Unfortunately, the 860M doesn't support modern DX12.[www.techpowerup.com] You'll have to stick with GTAV Legacy unless you upgrade to something more modern.
