Not able to run GTA 5 Enhanced

I'm running on Windows 11 and I've made sure I am too
My PC Stats:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core
- RAM: 56.0 GB
- Graphics (GPU): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Super

I've done all the processes of running GTA 5 Enhanced, I even updated battle Eye, checked my graphics card was up to date, verified files, made sure compatibility box is not checked on .exe files, and I even tried running as admin too, but nothing. Is there another way to fix the issue so I can play the dang game with some friends

I dunno how much luck you'll have playing with friends, the networking is pretty... garbage in GTA 5 Enhanced, at least on PC.

On paper the GTX 1650 doesn't support DX12, but it can run it fine. You might try running it in window mode, unplugging usb stuff like joysticks, and disable keyboard and mouse utilities in task bar.

What are you using for audio? Also, why the mismatched RAM, I'd suppose it'd work fine but anything over 32GB is gonna be overkill, 99% of the time.
