Next - as soon as you can; get an Acid Lab. The Acid Lab is one of the best money makers. It will require you to do a series of missions from Dax; and a number of other things you will have to do to upgrade your Acid Lab, but the moment you complete these tasks - you can earn up to $1,000,000 per batch of acid you sell. You will quickly make all your money back.
Another good side gig while you are wealth building is take Simeon his cars, the daily photography challenge; that will yield you a total of $140,000 if you get all 3 pictures, and some other things like racing challenges, survival challenges, etc.
One of the first things I did was do any quest line that would help me unlock the Fleeca job. Its an easy heist, with easy setups. Its a good starter.
https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Meth%27d_Up indicates the only requirements are level 7, and then it's a random from Gerald. If you're already level 7 try calling him and asking for a job; he may give that one if you meet the requirements.
the resupply missions are rough for solo lvl30, prob some lack of skill on my part.
Guess my plan is to do all the last dose missions and keep upgrading my nightclub and cocain lockup.
I kinda want to purchase the airfield...there good returns on that?
Thank for the help fellas =)
It's much easier to buy supplies than to get them by yourself. Yes, the profits are a little less, but you're free to do whatever you want instead of doing these missions.
If you mean McKenzie Airfield, that opens up a pretty good series of missions from Guzman that came out a couple months ago.
You will need to do 10 Fooligan jobs to make your acid lab eligible for the necessary upgrade; and then purchasing your supply line while increasing the acid production process will make it more profitable for you. Do at least 10 resupply runs on your own to unlock the different names of the acid product; because giving the product a different name other than "acid" will increase its sell value. Once you have all this done - you will be bankrolling.
I personally didn't buy McKenzie airfield until it was on sale for $1 million. The heist itself yields you about $500k, and the Oscar jobs range between $30k-$50k each, and are relatively easy enough. So you will need to measure how much work you will have to put in before it becomes profitable.
I personally wouldn't go overboard with getting a bunch of businesses; because you will end up stretching yourself out too thin. Work on developing your nightclub and acid lab; then the next business I would focus on is getting an Agency. That business has security contracts that will get you between $35k-$70k a pop; a VIP security contract involving Dr. Dre that will payout $100k per completed scenario plus payout a $1 million for the completed story arc (and it is REPEATABLE), and a passive income that increases by $500 per 5 contracts you complete - with a maximum earning potential of passive income of $20,000 every business earnings update. Additionally, after doing a few contracts - it unlocks the payphone assassination contracts that will pay out $15k per hit or $45k if you complete the hit with special conditions (i.e. run them over, or blow them up, etc.). Not to mention, the Agency will also unlock Imani tech for a set of vehicles.
What is really cool about getting these 3 businesses set up - is after a month of solid work (less for the acid lab) - they pay for themselves; and will also pay for the resupply of other future businesses so you don't have to source them yourself. I've had my Agency for about a month and have already earned $6.5 million with it.
Some places ( clubs/car shops/arcade....) have "passive income" [that mean you Business earn money..only thing u need to do is collect it]
I would never suggest buying an Arcade for the sake of passive income; as its earning potential is only $5000 for every earnings update; and that is only if you have a fully stocked arcade with games that cost between $300k-$400k a pop. That is too expensive for what the OP is trying to achieve.
The only reason to get an Arcade is if you want to have access to the Diamond Casino heist.
Yea you pay x dollars for that and this....but soon what you paid for..you get it back quick....so I won't worry about it
Yea you pay 500 gta dollars for the casino...but you get that back quick....spin of wheel or IN chips (chips you cash in).....so in a way you won't see the loss..BUT SEE THE GAIN!@!
