Account migration still not working...

It has been over a month since the enhanced version was released, and the account migration issue still hasn't been fixed. Am I the only one having this issue?

I figured it was a technical/server issue since so many people were transferring their accounts when it was released, so I waited and kept trying every week, but still not able to transfer. FYI I play gta on the R* launcher, not steam. Though I don't think that's the issue. I wanted to post this here because it's more convenient.

Please lmk what's going on and if anyone else is having the same issue.

Geeze I really lucked out. not only did the wife or I have no issue with the migration. I hadn't played in so long i migrated and burned through 70 million i had saved up before realizing i had an established character. Was able to submit a ticket to Rockstar, took a week but they let me migrate a second time.

So I know they're willing to help if you get through to them.

i knew it had nothing to do with "server load" being overwhelmed or anything like that because i migrated 4 different accounts with no problems during what should have been the height of everyone doing it.

either the migration algorithm found reasons to not allow you guys to transfer (you cheated too much) or you're just unlucky i guess.

the game made $8.6 billion dollars and they couldn't make this transition seamless.

I mean its on way out, and they working on GTA 6, but sure just abandon all other projects for one that there investors don't care about one bit anymore. Its a damn console port child were not the target demo were just gravy for them lol.

it just says how to do it, doesnt say anything about when it doesnt work.

less i got the wrong thing but i cant find anything else. chances are said faq still says nothing of value, even then, players shouldnt have to go through an entire FAQ just to migrate their account, theyre a billion dollar corporation, this ♥♥♥♥ should be seamless without the customer needing to jump through several hoops just to play the game they already bought

Am not keeping my hopes up for GTA anymore.so tired of being hacked and having ♥♥♥♥ removed cuz of hackers or being killed by them...but GTA 6 is being worked on!

i heard they ban certain people from migrating
the reason for this seems to be pretty unknown
but people speculate that its if your account has been modded aka if you have a modded money and levels or if you picked up massive amounts of hacked money

no issues here, never has been on my account. not sure why but the common speculation is that people who have been flagged for suspicious account activity.
in no way am i stating it as fact, i am merely forwarding a common theory that "may" have some grounds to it. could also be complete garbage
