WTF is up with boosted noobs in heists?

Seriously, Prison Break (I ask host for pilot/officer, no response, noobs on front roles fail as expected[i.e. first missiles launched{which shouldn't ffs} down velum]); Humane Labs chopper crew ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around out-of-vehicle MWHQ; Pacific Standard in general (Can hosts PLEASE stop losing 50% of the take on some dumbass strategy they saw on YT? Or dying while expecting everyone to folllow your dumb ass?); Casino... Oof. WTF is with these boosted hosts?
If ya'll expecting to take +55% OG or +70% in casino, don't expect the carry. I'll literally quick action smoke/drink cuz I ain't paid to do your job when you're the major hindrance (and got minimal upgrades). I get you significantly more money in the safe, and usually only one who hacks... You expect me to work, pay me accordingly. Otherwise don't be surprised by my civil disobedience.

Edit: Just to point out, I have no problem 85% of the casino take going to some dude who got the right unlocks and we can rush through it EZ. Those are actually my faves, since I don't spend upwards of an hour trying to get 200k...

Ok first off you need friends if you are gonna complain about hosting a public lobby, B not everyone is as perfect as you, C you were noob once, I know for a fact you were like this once, and D what is complaining gonna do? Is Rockstar gonna ban everyone that's a noob just so you can have a perfect game?

A: Missed me w/ that. I'm almost never hosting publicly (and if I am, I'm definitely checking your public game record and talk to you, apart from custom LTS maps, etc.).
B: Who said I'm perfect? I just expect communication first and considerate pay (i.e. ammo, armor, snack expenses, etc. if you put me in front).
C: I was. Know what the difference is? I took every chance to learn, and wouldn't just brush off people who were trying to help me.
D: I'm gonnna respond to this civilly even though the premise is entirely childish: No. I don't expect bans. I expect people to be people and not drones chasing shekels* for the sake of it.

*inb4 antisemite, I live in IL

*Edit: Add to C: When I hosted as a newbie, I gave everyone at least 20%, because I knew what I was worth at the time, combined with valuing the work of others...
Just as I expect 20% for my time now.

AFAIK there are players who have boosted their RP themselves or bought a booted account. There are also players who have had their RP boosted by a cheater in the session.

lol, the majority of my 2k hours in legacy was spent struggling through heists with randoms... good luck, if you find competent players friend list em right away..

Sure, even had my own unwillingly boosted and got R* to revert it. But these guys... I mean, let alone finishing the setups, it's like they've never done the tutorial/SP. They just start playing straight up front a finale, like it's made to order...

it can be argued that the fact playing with randoms universally always goes so bad means rockstar failed miserably with their co-op mission design. it should not be impossible to get anything done with random people the way it always has been in this game.

the way theyve designed the combat versus AI enemies and the constant requirement for "eating snacks" is just so bad.

Definitely agreed. However, people would usually at least respond to your inputs. Now when you activate VC 1/2 time's you'll end up back in freeroam. Like, I'm just trying to help you...? There is no text chat, what else can I do? I have an accent, fine, but I'm literally C2 fluent as a third language...? I'd love to teach newbies the tricks for each heist but they never listen...

You made two main mistakes here
1. You joined a random heist as a member
2. You're playing the new version of GTA Online, which doesn't have on-screen global text chat
Solutions:
1. Host a heist
2. If you're primarily relying on the said chat feature, return to the old version, though the progress will not be synced across two versions

Yea the amount of boosted players on E&E is wild and disappointing to say the least.
