Two things:

Nightclub
Kosatka

There are loads of new things to make money in the game, but two types stand out.

First, the passive money makers which just make you rich as long as the game is running. The Nightclub will make a million dollar sale every 24 hours, and has a time limit of 20 minutes and only one delivery vehicle. The Nightclub is expensive to set up -- you need to own five other businesses and upgrade it to maximize output -- but nothing else makes easy money so well. I've made over half a billion from it since it came out.

Other passive money comes from the business safe, with the Arcade and Agency giving 100K and 250K each after only 16 hours or so (Agency requires doing enough Contracts to boost income).

Cayo Perico was the first, and still biggest, solo capable heist. A million in less than an hour. There are many more, each associated with one of the new businesses.

Just check out some guides, but things have changed a lot since 2017.

Including that all of the business sales can be done in private lobbies, the timer on solo sales is increased to make it easier, and the current anticheat seems to have stopped the nightmare of mod-hacks ruining a lobby.
alot to cover, having many things working in the background working while u manage other things is key. Every week there are bonuses to different things in the game.

And this genius also lacks reading comprehension.
OP last played in 2017, which possibly was before the Smuggler's Run update released on 29th August 2017.

GTA+ costs as much as a coffee at Starbucks I might as well get it just for the sake of not collecting my business earnings and I like getting it for the players that don't agree
