Sooo what do folks do for money now? I got an overwhelming number of notifications for new content, don't even know where to start.

They know people with a job would rather just buy the cards/get gtao+.

I think the point he was making was that I obviously don't have a hangar if I last played before they existed.

Anyway...

I have enough money for a night club and I see they are on sale at the moment. I read they are decent income generator, but also that they are best if I have other businesses to support it.
Are they still okay on their own or would I be better off getting something else?

Edit: I bought it anyway, gunna find out!

With this week's bonus, the Nightclub front business will also make good money. Run the easy promote club mission, then as long as your popularity remains up, you'll get events when you're inside the club to do tasks which also boost it. 50K per game day if you can maintain maximum.

The Nightclub is optimal with Bunker, Cargo Warehouse, Biker Cash and all drug businesses, with all upgrades. But even before that it makes easy money.

Agency builds up. The big job is working for Dr Dre (for real, voice acted in game) for about a million. The security contracts pay about 35K each, but each one you do adds $100 per game day (3000 per 24 hours) to your passive income -- the increment in 500 dollars, so every five improves your passive income. Maximum is 20000 per game day, 600K per 24 hours.

The Arcade is easier to set up. It opens up the Casino Heists, which require a partner to complete, but the front business requires only one extra cheap arcade machine, then use the management tool to fill up your Arcade and make 5000 per game day (150K per 24 hours). This alone pays for your living expenses when active in free mode.

Enhanced added animals, and that's easy money too. Take three pictures with your camera for 20K each and get another 40K for doing all three, 100K per day.

Also, the LS Car Meet gives you reputation for time spent inside it once you join, doubled if you wear clothes you buy from its shop. The rep rank up rewards include money every 5 ranks, another easy money thing if you are going AFK -- until you hit 1000, but that takes a long time.
