Nah, it's just sometimes people tell me that they cant speak english and i just talk to them in their language duh, or u can check the flag in their profile and communicate with no problems, improvise instead of arguing, there is no real language barrier, where u got that "90%" data from ?

My GTA5 Group was like the United Nations. Amazing Gamer's, some spoke 4 or 5 languages. Made we think Humanity just might have a chance after all.

looks like you either just dont get the point, or you trying to bait me.

maybe just think about what you just wrote and then ask yourself how you would describe someone that exspects you to do go through the profile, find out what flag is displayed then search flags for countries and what language is spoken, then translate into this guys mother tongue. only to tip the response letter by letter (because you cant copy from gta. probably you dont even have the letters on your keyboard to do so) and translate it back only to get an answer, which probably wont even come because its in the nature of people that exspects stuff like that to not bother at all.
rather then using some simple common english words on his own.

its less a language barrier then a mindset barrier.

the problem is not the language its the ignorance of those playing. theres no use in a text chat if people are not willing to communicate. not even in situations where communication is demanding, when someone is unable to understand whats to do and screws up over and over again.

and dont tell me half of the world is uneducated and lives like peasants. iam not talking about high english skills, simple words related to the game are not to difficult. someone who bothers will learn them while palying. specially when the game only supports subtitels as language setting.
additionally its 2025, everyone who is under 60 and cant speak english can be called ignorant in general.

once a gain, whats a chat good for when most people are unable to use it?
it only causes grief because it feels like you talk to some full ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
