windows key not working?

yeah its random, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, doesnt react to different states too(windowed, fullscreen, etc)

Dunno, never use it, only happen to accidently hit it, so used to just strip the key off my keyboard years ago.

Some games even offer the option to deactivate it iirc, or deactivate it on default, maybe GTA does? Maybe somewhere in windows/microsoft game bar or whatever, you could configure handling of that button?

You can disable/enable it in the R* launcher/settings. It's also been busted for many months now across R* launcher updates. Who knows if they fixed it, tweaked it, etc. I quit checking.
