Grand Theft Auto Online: Mayhem at Vinewood update concept

Okay, I'm going to revamp my concept of GTA Online 10th Anniversary Update Contents for the future GTA Online update.
1. Richards Majestic Studio becomes a purchasable property: This property allows you to do the story mission called "Mayhem at Vinewood" and the side mission to promote your movie from your studio in various way possible.
2. The Mayhem at Vinewood Story Missions: You start to be an actor/actress in the new movie, maybe the sequel of Meltdown or something, and of course you meet Michael De Santa, the producer of the movie you play as well. However, before everything goes right, something turns wrong when the rival film studio tries to go against the production, hoping Michael and Solomon to cancel the film you play. But they can't turn back anymore and need you to stop the rival studio, by steal the movies from rival studio and destroy them all, of course.
3. New vehicle such as:
- Pegassi Infernus XS based on Lamborghini Revuelto. (With Hao's Special Works Upgrade)
- Pegassi Weaponized Torero XO Exclusive on Expanded & Enhanced feature. (With Hao's Special Works Upgrade)
- Pegassi Hades based on W Motors Fenyr Supersport & Lamborghini Aventador. (With Imani Tech Customization)
- Progen Luxan based on McLaren Artura (Tuner Class With Drift Tuing Upgrade)
- Grotti Turismo X based on Ferrari Daytona SP3 (With Hao's Special Works Upgrade)
- Truffade Endurance based on Bugatti Bolide (With Hao's Special Works Upgrade)
- Dewbauchee Vagner GTR based on Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro (Vagner's Benny's Original Motor Works Variant With Hao's Special Works Upgrade)
- Progen T20 Touring Custom based on McLaren P1 GTR (T20's Benny's Original Motor Works Variant With Hao's Special Works Upgrade)
4. Existed vehicles feature upgrades such as:
- Crew Emblem Respray for Pegassi Weaponized Ignus
- HSW Upgrade for Pegassi Ignus (Regular) + Crew Emblem Respray
- HSW Upgrade for Pegassi Torero XO (Regular) + New louvers customization for Pegassi Torero XO to match the Pegassi Ignus
- HSW Upgrade for Bravado Banshee 900R and whatever other Benny's OMW vehicles you want
- HSW Upgrade for Benefactor Krieger + New customization parts
- HSW Upgrade for Truffade Trax
- HSW Upgrade for Progen Emerus
- Crew Emblem Respray for Pegassi Weaponized Ignus
- Liveries for Pfister 811 + New customization parts and whatever other vehicles you want
5. Sharing the four vehicle upgrades (Benny's Original Motor Works, Arena Vehicles, Hao's Special Works & Drift Tuning) to the following properties:
- Hao's Special Works & Drift Tuning Upgrade for Arena Garage & CEO Offices Garage
- Benny's Original Motor Works & Arena Vehicles upgrade for LS Car Meet (PS5/Xbox Series & PC Upgrade Only)
6. Another Types of Street Dealers for Counterfeit Cash Factory, Document Forgery Office, and Weapon Bunker: I'm frustrated that Street Dealers still exclude the weapons, fake cash and fake documents, yet you can resupply one of these three through Stash Houses and Finders Keepers.

but the rest forget about it or simply create it on your own over there in fivem

dinosaur R* is focused on gta6 and does the bare minimum to keep the lights on in gtaonline

why 10th anniversary update game was released in 2013?
pc already got the E&E version only 3 years delayed and still full of bugs

Well its gonna be out for console where most their cash comes from and least problems in a few months so its kind of stupid as hell to focus on the old game. Its like going "why Apple no do any more updates for Iphone 10?" Or going "so why has valve stopped updating Half-life 2? Why they focused on Half-life 3 instead?"
