Played since 2015 and only won the casino vehicle twice, both times in 2025. Really puts things into perspective.
Casino on the other hands like most real world casinos is like a 40/60 return. Except here it's actually random, with worse odds, and no dealer switch to know when the odds are flipped against you.
But I guess give you props for not saying every gen you don't like is "millennials" that gets old online, it's like millennials got kids who are adults now... And you guys still use us to describe our CHILDREN lol
They are BS algorithms designed to drain a players assets.
The Las Vegas Gaming commission considers nothing in this game gambling, a player is guaranteed to loose over time, 100%, none of it can be considered "gaming" as defined by the LVGC.
GOOGLE it.
The only feasible way for players to continually profit is to play against other players, or martingale(mathematically not gonna happen).
The LVGC did a investigation of this software when released ... none of it is considered "gaming" under their definitions of gambling which is what they use the term for.
I don't know what the heck your point is, gambling has been around since the dawn of time and most Humans understand the concept and how it works.
My point is simple ...
NOTHING in GTA5 is .... gambling ... as defined by the LVGC.
The outcomes are predetermined at the start , not during or after ...
As determined by the LVGC
Statement ... NOTHING IN GTA5 CASINO IS GAMBLING to begin with.
The outcomes are not random, in that the condition WIN or LOOSE is predetermined at the beginning of a sequence NOT during or after.
EXAMPLE
The Blackjack game.
The game predetermines the outcome win or loose upon initiation, it then works to fulfill that predetermined solution in the algorithm when the cards are flipped. That is why it is common to see the exact same card multiple times. The algorithm is imputing values as the equation runs. You can't for example see (know) what the hole card of the dealer's is until the end of the run when the algorithm comes up with the finial variable in the equation to fulfill the already predetermined outcome.
In the end the OP is barking up the right Tree.
None of it is a "game' to begin with.
it is a Troll device big time.
They can manipulate the variables within the algorithm at any time to predetermine who, how many, and what players win.
100%
The LVGC stopped short of saying HOW they determine which players win or loose because that is not their mission statement or preview, they don't represent anybody, they just do research and where only task to determine if it was "gaming" ... because in Vegas, they get a cut if it is.
That's literally how real life casino's/"legal gambling" work. Hence, it works as intended, even if by runaround. So why does it matter?
FYI, most slots IRL also work off RNG with the result being predetermined.
The game simply runs the code faster and easier this way. I don't think anyone expected them to word-for-word adhere to some decision from some specific board from some specific state in some specific republic on a continent where the developers (nor majority of players) aren't even based (feel free to come back with Scottish/British law though, I guess). I haven't even heard of them until today, and I probably never will again. Who cares?
