I need a fix on my account? No: R* needs a fix...

The computer of McKenzie hangar is locked because nothing happen when I get close to it. So I cannot start the new missions. I start the last DLC on old version of GTA 5 before install Enhanced and before install Lecacy on old version. I think that this is the reason of this bug. Already restart my PC, updated to glitch fix and checked the files game integrity on Steam. But after some days it is still bugged on both versions of GTA 5 Online. Also other players have same problem. So I reinstalled the game after a new download but the PC of the McKenzie Field is still lock. What the hell?
And at the end of the day... the ticket at support on web page of Social Club is not working at all. WOW!
What I have to do?

make sure you report it, i think what you are describing is a bug :P

Try switching sessions, try invite only, public, and see if it triggers the mission

Of course I write bug reports (gameplay issue). But the key to send the report is not working. Normally is black then becomes grey, but no answer and confirm on email.

In game I tried anything.
Swiched sesssion (also invite only) several times.
Calling Oscar (but nothing to do until start first mission).
Become boss of MC.
Become CEO.
Called a personal airplane and returned at PC of the hangar.
Bombing that damnit hangar!

Then...
Restarted PC.
Updated GTA.
Checked files integrity.
Uninstalled GTA 5 Enhanced.
Downloaded again full game.
Reinstalled it.
Cursed loudly.
Called real cops.
Killed my neighbors...
Burn my PC and the house with fuel...

my first step would be to delete the appdata rockstargames folder.

also, thers another file in the documents folder that someone mentioned to constantly get corrupted. its somehow account related, maybe you find your fix there. but make sure you have a backup.

sadly, if you cant fix this on your own you must consider it gone, the support wont do ♥♥♥♥ to help you. they most likely tell you to wait for the next content update and hope you forgot it within this 6 months waiting time or they will straight lie to you with some excuses.

besides that maybe doing the heist final with somone else trigger something.

Before uninstalling the game I made Steam make a backup of the files. Unfortunately when I wanted to reinstall the game Steam made me download everything from scratch and there are no options to recover the backup. I really don't know why Steam hides the command. I don't understand the logic of this. In any case if I downloaded from scratch, every corrupt file in the backup should not count at all. And instead the problem persists making me think that the bug is in the cloud where the game progress is recorded, caused by the fact that I started the cinematic with Oscar even before installing Legacy and Enhanced. But this is a programming error. I simply flew over the hangar aboard the Oppressor MKII and the cinematic started by itself without my will. At the end of the cinematic the PC in the hangar was already not working and then I installed Enhanced + Legacy discovering that the PC remained inaccessible. So if this thing caused a game error, effectively blocking the ability to use the hangar PC, R* should fix this serious programming problem.
At this point, I can't do anything else than try every time by spinning the character like a top and spamming E on the keyboard in front of that table in an attempt to get it to unlock.
I'll try to see if I can find the file in the documents folder or delete the appdata (certainly after the backup or after changing the name of the folder that should regenerate itself if I'm not mistaken). But I'm afraid of doing even more damage to other installed games if I don't know exactly which file to operate on.
Anyway, we'll see if I can fix it with the appdata folder. I seem to remember that a long time ago I did something similar for another problem with I don't know which game. Thanks.

OMG. R* is joking us.
I found the fix on web on reddit forum reading a thread of another user.
<< In your Settings Menu, go to Display and ensure that your Expanded Radar is switched to “Off”. >>
It's the expanded radar that interferes. You need to set the radar to small (minimap).
It's a bug because the game doesn't see the PC having the radar extended and showing the map outside the office.
This stupid thing has blocked me for a month? Isn't R* capable of fixing something like this? gg
