i have 4070 super and from my experience....

..see, i have 2 steam accounts with gta5. on one of them i managed to migrate my account to enhanced but on this account i couldnt migrate for reasons unknown and i had to create a new profile on the enhanced version on this steam account.

Now here is the magic: On this steam account on the enhanced version where i created a new profile, the graphics is so damn good its a totally new experience, the lighting makes all the difference.

But on my other steam account where i migrated my account, the quality seem to be same as gta vanilla, the original version.

I dont know why it is like this.
