vertex math error, your gpu is faulty.

I have the same issue
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H 2.10 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)

Any help besides verify integrity of game files is appreciated. It doesnt always happen, it occurs 50% of the time and only during daytime.

Found the solution at least works for me. Use DDU tool to completely uninstall the NVIDIA display driver and then install the stable one. (For me, I chose 572.70.)
After doing so, I found that the annoying issue has disappeared.

If the problem arises ill try that. I reinstalled my gta and put the graphic quality so the lowest and tried everything till it stopped. Its been a few days since I last had a flicker but if it does it again Ill try your way bc I feel like your solution is the right one
