Multiple different types of crashes

I'm slightly over recommended specs, @ 1080p, used graphic settings the game defaulted to (did turn down some that were set to ultra and very high to just high). FPS is perfect, game is not stuttering for me as of yet... just crashing.

Happens both in SP and MP, sometimes right away, sometimes after 10 minutes or so.

Restarted PC.
Verified files and no files were downloaded after the check.

Some crashes were just the closing of the client, some were PC total restart with loss of gpu tuning software settings (currently using default settings on software to eliminate variables).
Some crashes gave generic error codes.
Some crashes showed Battleye info with files not loading (yet informing me they may not be necessary to load)

I'm at a loss, any relevant tips welcome

i cant even start the game it loads me into the menu for choosing either story mode or online..and when i choose one.... it acts as if it's going to load it, yet it immediately crashes automatically shutting down the game and returning me to steam..where steams waits for the game to stop running and then it gives me the green button saying gta v "enhanced" edition is ready to "play" ..... so basically.... i launch it again and again and again...and nothing

that sucks, i did find this when looking at yt earlier to see if i could find anything for my issue, possibly might help yours

My game was fine for awhile, until i bought Brass Knuckles then it crashed lol.

Crashed again on the same mission as Franklin, with Lamar and his friend when you go to buy the shotty with the flashlight.

Seems broken.

Same here after 1h to 2h playing crash forcing to shutdown my PC

Played fine for hours. Now crashed in story mode when using a rifle with a scope the first time. 6700xt

hey for me guys when i started using a controller instead of KBM my crashes are gone ... idk if its just a coincidence but worth to mention here.

turned off all ray-tracing, restarted PC, loaded up again and game worked for about 7 minutes until i crashed my car into a light poll and it insta-crashed

Damn man that sucks, right now i see theres a update for the game, i hope it will fix your side
