Can confirm that this is a known bug at Rockstar. Filed a support ticket to them a couple hours ago, got a response saying that they're aware of and investigating the issue. I'll hear more from them in 2 days or less.

25 bucks for 2 mil is the rate? No wonder they got modders tearing them up like this. Plus they hyper inflate the market so that an old farmtruck is 800k. Absolute insanity. I hope another top developer stomps them out in this genre online.
