Water is broken?
Anything above the normal water setting murders my GPU. 100% usage and ~25 FPS when underwater. Not even joking.

I have two gamers up and running now.
An AMD WIN 10 , and an INTEL WIN 11, both running RTX's.
Enhanced looks great and runs above 100FPS on the intel right out of the box without any of that GeForce stuff on that machine.
The AMD has some issues, it has GeForce Experience on it and one thing I do know, Optimizing it does not result in as good of performance as default when resetting after fiddling with the settings.

That has been my experience so far.
It's an AMD thing ... they gotta' patch it ... can't be solved within the settings.

before the patch water on super high reflection fps drop to 20. Now it's fixed
