SSD requirement is utter BS

you dont need an SSD at all the game almost still looks and runs the same as the legacy version and loading times etc are no different i dunno what rockstar smoked and why they came up with lets tell people you need an SSD which is not true at all loads just like legacy no additional stutters or anything the game feels the same on my HDD like before was expecting maybe get a few stutters when it says SSD needed but as said thats utter bs game runs fine like legacy xD

Many modern games that "require" ssd most of the times perfectly playable on HDD and the only downside is loading times (which are not even that different half of the time) for e.g Helldivers 2 next-gen only game surprisingly runs the same on 7200rpm HDD as it runs on NVME SSD

just as example i moved HD2 to an HDD couple of months ago and the only difference with NVME SSD is initial startup speed of the game itself is slightly longer and like 5 second longer mission loading
