Stuck in first Trevor misson

After you push the trailer in to the river Trevor gets out of the car and stays there doing nothing. Cant move him. The game keeps running without errors.

P.S. Okay, the third time I did it, turned on Full Screen, 60Hz, turned off RTX, DLSS, Nvidia Reflex, and didn't push the trailer into the river so fast.

I had this same this same problem, changed all these settings and got past the bug

I also got stuck there, I just went to the menu and minimized game a bunch of times, then it decided to work for some reason

Had it happen to me twice, the third time I found this thread and, while the characters were stuck, I disabled Nvidia Reflex and the cutscene finally continued. That was my fix.

Man, I wonder how many heists crash online because of this? Rubber-banding, all that stuff since Hz is all over the place and GTA 5 frame pacing.

Fixed it. And immediately I could return settings to default and the cutscene kept playing.
