GTA V Enhanced turning off the computer by itself / desligando o computador sozinho

Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced - may be shutting down your PC by itself. I've tested it and this problem doesn't happen in other games.

So, I am at my wits end on this problem.
I have:
- turned off RT
- FPS cap at minimum (30FPS)
- reduce graphics settings
- updated drivers
- loosened my BIOS settings (reduce CPU undervolt, reduce RAM clock, etc.)
- REFORMATTED MY OS
- swapped RAM DIMM slots
- performed ancient mystic rituals to drive away evil spirits

I can assure you that my none of my hardware is overheating. Nothing even exceeds 60°C during gameplay. None of my hardware has changed for 3 years. Nothing else has ever done this to my system. It has been the pinnacle of stability. I never overclock, only ever mild undervolting to reduce any heat or excessive power consumption.

GTA V Enhanced will cause my system to randomly power off for seemingly no reason, and with no record in system logs (event viewer, etc.). In all my years of working with computer hardware, I'm stumped.

Right now, my system is a fresh Windows 11 24H2 install with just drivers, Steam, and GTA V Enhanced installed... and it continues to do this.

5800X3D, 6900XT, X570, even Samsung B-die RAM.

I figured out my problem:
It's the electrical outlet that my computer was plugged into. It provides power just fine, but there must be some sort of odd electrical problem on it that my computer does not like. Every other outlet in this room works just fine. I have everything back to normal and it has been rock solid.

I know this is little help to others, as this problem could be restricted to a single outlet like mine, or it could be in the entire building or even electrical grid. I know that North American electrical grids are very 'dirty power' - which refers to the stability of the electricity itself, not whatever source it comes from. When I lived there a line-interactive UPS battery backup was considered mandatory part of a computer setup.

I tried this as well, 100% fixed my problem, I had my 2 monitors, drawing tablet USB extender and Tower plugged into the same brick. plugged my PC power supply to a seperate outlet and I can play GTA Online without my PC shutting down.
