I'd go manually install them from gtav enhanced be.exe, /redistributables folder
Then try again, or.. delete those installscripts.vdf's out of the gta5 enhanced folder and see. Or, a pc restart incase something is stuck open and preventing install. Of course, verify game files again for giggles but I digress. Fixing this 'trash' for far too long.
edit - Did you manually install the R* launcher, social club, battleye, etc?
edit - No, vcredists, and directx9 are not new for legacy. They'd technically be old.
Regardless, R* launcher should also be trying to do vcredists and social club too - unless the recent updates changed that also.
*** this post isn't in relation to the 2384723947 ways the game can crash after you get in.
edit - there's also the my docs / rockstar games / gtav enhanced folder that could be causing some issues, or files within. It's ok to rename -old or delete (really only lose settings, and storymode saves - hence the rename). Then all the other silliness like corrupt OS files, os updates, drivers, and on.. and on.. it goes. Yes, this even includes closing afterburner/rtss or updating it. Or other possibly interfering background apps or overlays.
I tried deleting installscripts.vdf files and start the game and didn't work.
In launcher logs it says rockstar launcher received a shutdown command, but it isn't me doing this
