Upscaling DLSS/FSR Blurry/soft
Anyone notice that anything below Native AA with DLSS or FSR looks blurry or soft? Even at 4K. And there's also ghosting with FSR while driving. It's not even latest DLSS and FSR. They should also add XeSS.

It's 3.7.10, not super outdated but not the most recent version either.
They just didn't implement it correctly. The game looks so ugly even on the 1440p using Quality DLSS.. Plus wtf is that performance? Game runs like complete sht.
At least we can lock it at 30 FPS now but we need 800x 600 as it looks good on a 4090

Does turning down the motion blur slider to off help?
I'm also facing the same blurry graphics, no matter what setting I use.. also Can't find the MSAA & Resolution Scaling option.

R7 5700X + RX 6800XT + 32GB Ram.
It is blurry guys, seems like running very bad

msaa was such an eye candy in the era blurry games using upscaling. im playing on 1440p with DLAA rn, and apart form super minor changes in lighting with ray tracing on, the overall graphics are downgraded in comparison to legacy gta because of soft image

GHOSTING:
I haven't played with this much, but I think it depends on the FRAME RATE you're at. I also noticed some odd (judder?) issues with NVidia Reflex on, but it seemed intermittent so I'm not sure what was going on.

Anyway, I have an RTX4070, aimed for 100FPS then locked it to 90FPS using the in-game FPS cap. I disabled Reflex.

DLSS Quality does seem soft/blurry but so far that's really the only issue for me.

(I'm at 4K, DLSS Quality, RT on Very High I believe (not max) and didn't turn on the "long shadows" so pretty close to maxed out with a solid 90FPS)
