Anyone who has played Legacy at 4K maxed will see immediately what difference playing 4K maxed with DLSS Quality about 70-80% sharpen and Ultra RT has changed.
It's a game changer, albeit with 120 fps cap in place that we can't get rid of, the text chat being gone and some excessive light bloom in places like outside the casino.
Did you turn off the frame cap and vsync options? It says you can turn the frame cap off
Yep, frame cap and vsync off but it will cap you to 120 fps even if you turn all settings to low and go to 720p.
edit: the 120 fps cap is to prevent hitting the engine limit of 188 fps. they could have stuck on a 144 fps cap but its okay i guess.
I'd wager it's not actually as you assume/claim, but for balancing reasons, capping to 120 fps would assume a fair experience.
As people discovered on console the vehicles top speed is tied to framerate... which would give people an advantage.
Yeah, you really don't know what DLSS is, what raytracing is. It's basic knowledge if you play games on a PC.
Weak troll attempt.
