Shortly - Ray Tracing, DLSS, better reflections etc.
There are also animals in the wild
The sound and the overall anti aliasing looks like running it on X8 Multi-Sampled (MSAA) without the performance hit, getting the same 120 fps as would get on X2 MSAA with full RayTraced reflections, shadows, global illuminations and ambient occlusion.
So really, the rough edges of models, the textures, lighting, shadows, reflections, SOUND being 3D and amazing when in 1st person in vehicles...
All great benefits thanks to DLSS and many other features that make the game look better than native now (using 4K)
My only dislike is text chat removed and the lighting has too much bloom (glow) to it.
Reflections i would rate about 20% better than Cyberpunk's reflections now if someone needs a reference point. (Vehicles and people don't show in car mirrors however the buildings and street will - despite appearing warped)
FIre in general looks much better and the explosion of vehicles is satisfying along with shooting glass windows.
