Bad ghosting without upscaling

Just did the first couple of missions with Franklin and while driving I saw some mad ghosting. I'm not using any upscaling whatsoever. Don't understand what's so enhanced about this edition. Played the legacy version a couple of days ago and it's almost indistinguishable from whatever this is. Ray tracing is still a bad sell because of the performance drop.
