Also there is a HIDEN file on your gta folder called audio..if you do find it..I strongly suggest looking at each of the file names... pay attention to file name that say RADIO*.RPF
If some data get RUIN..the file will DOWNLOAD AGAIN
**EDIT**
I got it to work for me now. I had to do the scan in GTA Online and not in the menu.
Let us no if u can not find it
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\User Music
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\User Music
If it's empty, Self Radio doesn't show up.
Since I have BOTH copies..I just copy the DATA from the orig to ENHANCE... ;)
