NPC Diaologue Broken
Dialogue from NPCs, including in cut scenes is broken.

NPC dialogue when answering a phone call - Broken
NPC dialogue when driving - Broken
NPC dialogue when entering and watching a cut scene - Broken

Anyone else experiencing this in Story Mode?

Turns out this could be a razer 7.1 software issue

Yea i'm also having this issue. Did verify my game files and that didn't work.
Guess we gotta wait on a fix to come out? Let me know if you find a solution.

Just disable any surround sound such as Razer 7.1 software and use default system sound and it will work
