I can confirm this bug is present. I've opened a case with Rockstar, will share any solution, but my guess is that's the only way us early adopters will get that money back (asking for it).

It said FREE on the website with a red slash, as soon as i clicked it took nearly 2Millions lol, but i don't mind that much, i got like 320 Million just grinding Casino and Cayo.

Don't bother trying to claim it, you'll be charge 2mil if you do.

The call you get from Hao says you can claim it free from SanAndreaSuperAuto and it should appear for most people as 0 dollars to purchase but then like most here you'll end up paying 2mil.

Submitted a ticket like a few others hopefully you all will too.

Yeah, I just logged in again, when I claimed the "free" car I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the money score. Now that I logged in I saw that I had less money than before, when I bought the McKenzie field I had around 41mill left, meaning the lost money had to be from the "free" car.

I saw a video on Youtube about this and now I find this post. Let's hope we get a refund.
