Would be nice if they told you why your account is banned or to see if there's any restrictions. Played legit since day 1 and can't migrate account over yet I have a buddy that has 5 accounts that he cheated and modded with and was able to migrate all of them and now he's cheating on enhanced..... ♥♥♥♥ ROCKSTAR games!

Yes! :)

Start GTA V Enhanced and enable Cloud Saving.
Start the Story once. As soon as you can move the Cam, quit the game.

Go here:
\Dokuments\Rockstar Games\

Look for the old GTA V folder (without "enhanced" in the name")
Go to folder "Profiles".
There should only be 1 folder.
Copy the folder in the "GTAV Enhanced\Profiles" folder.

Start the game.
Cloud Save will now complain about a conflict in save data.
Choose ALL local files. Confirm it.

No, you won't lose it. Legacy Online progress is retained after migration. It just won't sync between versions.
