Think an RTX 3070 can pull it?
Were talking with full ray tracing and max graphics. 1440p

EDIT UPDATE: After getting in game and testing myself, It ran great, slid everything to Ultra where it had the option and very high, ray tracing options on max. 1440p. Ran great, tested with driving around the city. Thought it would personally look better on a PC but doesnt look bad.

RTX 3070 8GB, i5 3.7ghz 10 core, 64gb ram, 1tb nvme samsung ssd.

On my 3070 it runs great as well, benchmark was pretty much 80's to over 120. Max everything, highest RT, no DLSS

3070, game runs fantastic on max settings with all sliders cranked up with RT at 1440p.

What peoples are smoking here ? It's run perfectly fine at high framerate with a 3070.
i dont consider 50fps as high framerate like the dude above
i dont know where you got that i said that was high fps. neither i nor the op even mentioned high fps. op asked if a 3070 will run it maxed out, and the answer is yes.

Just popping back in to see if anyone else is having similar issues but there is a very subtle microstutter. I've found using nvidia control panel to lock the framerate over using the in-game frame limiter is improving the frametimes and stutter slightly, I'm on an M.2 as well so not sure what's happening here.

I have DLSS enabled as well, I swapped over to DLSS 4 but not too much of a difference, honestly doesn't matter what settings I have cranked up or down, there's actually really not much of a difference with fps which is odd.

Any thoughts or solutions?

I'm on a 3060 and it default to having almost everything maxed out at 1080p (including some of the ray tracing options) running around 60-80fps with minimal (if any) stutters.

My CPU is a Ryzen 5 4500, and I also have 16GB RAM

If your lowering settings and not seeing much of a difference then its likely a CPU bottleneck.

The game is surprisingly smoother despite the higher graphics level. I'm even running in 4k at 60fps on my 1070 and i7 10500
C’mon kid, top lying around!
