It's the 4th and it hasn't been released

Soo it's not locally time based, seems to be a universal release date, because its the 4th for me, reloaded steam, still doesn't work
edit: releases at 10pm AEDT

hello fellow australian, since america is the only country in the world apparently we are usually screwed over and have to wait until the end of release day or even the next day depending on the company. It sucks but it is what it is.
