Preload won't install

What's the point of a preload if we can't install it until it releases?

yeah peloading doesnt mean you install it you just get all the files installed doesnt mean its actually released. i do agree they shouldnt of done the preloading thing because noone will be able to play until march 4th

I can't preinstall. Claims "Game not released" in my download queue. Has said it for a few days now and has refused to download.

So again. What's the point if we can't preinstall it? No download or anything.

Ah..... So it would seem it's in that folder. Which is in my root directory instead of my games partition. I wasn't aware Steams preloading worked that way. Most of my games that i've preloaded on the platform go directly to their respective folders.
