I got banned on gta 5 online a while back on this steam account will I be unbanned after this release?

No. The ban is tied to the social club account on the pc platform- which is linked to this steam account- making your enhanced gta5 a reminder in your steam library of your ban. If anything, you'll start from nothing.

You'd have to ask R* about that one - because being granted 'enhanced' is because you already own gta5 'here' on steam. Which, is linked to a social club account. 1 social club account per 'cd key'. Until it releases.. we won't truly know how it works. As of now (and for awhile) you can't unlink steam, and link it to a new social club account - R* had to do it. In the past though - they did help people 'change' accounts... but didn't help those that had suspension/banned flags so... /shrug
