Enhanced Edition Seperate Steam CD Key?

I currently can't play GTA V because I switched Rockstar accounts to access my RDR2 achievements. Will GTA V be considered a separate game/CD key on Steam, allowing me to play it again?

The CD key option isn't showing for the enhanced version, unlike Legacy. Also, once you disconnect the Social Club from Steam, you can't link it back unless 'That's confidential.' Only I know that. It's not available on YouTube either.

I have relinked my steam with a new rockstar account which had my RDR2 achievements on it. GTA Legacy CD key was on the old rockstar meaning I can no longer access it. Considering there is no CD key for enhanced, should I be able to link it to my new rockstar?

Most probably it'll be considered as a different game. But if I were you I would try to contact the rockstar support and fix whatever problem you got rn

Unfortunately i unlinked and relinked an old rockstar account with my GTA V key to another rockstar that had all my RDR2 achievements. So unfortunately the legacy key of GTA is unplayable due to it not being linked with my steam.

Hopefully the enhanced edition will work.

The GTA V purchase was tied to the account it was linked to
You would have to contact rockstar with help there, maybe they can merge the two accounts or something.
