can't play on a mac?

I dont really use steam much or computers at all to game. I saw this dark forces and got it since I used to play it at my cousins house. After I downloaded it I can't play it because it runs at 32 bits? any way around this? does Windows have this issue?

You can get it to work if you use a 64 bit Boxer version. It runs fine on my Mac laptop with Catalina.

Then just replace the boxer version that comes with Steam with the one from the link above.
