Crash Issues
I load the game up and click on 'New Game' but after the first cutscene it crashes? Anyone got any suggestions?

Mine was doing the same thing, so maybe we have the same problem. I sorted mine out by going to Setup, and in the Display section unchecking the box for 'Enable 3D Acceleration'. This does limit the video modes available, but at least I can play the game without it bluescreening :-) I hope this helps.

Try to disable "Backbuffer in system memory". It worked for me...

I'm currently having the same exact issue, also with Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II. I have a Windows 10, and i looked in my system settings and it doesn't have any setting for backbuffer.

HELP!

i actually just recently figured it out. it's on the game's setup menu, in display settings. not the computer's.

I'm also having this issue, but was able to play Dark Forces II without any issues at all.
