What are the grey tokens for?
I'm at level 4 and hasnt found out what they do, is that normal or am i blind?

The grey tokens (Soul Coins) are for upgrading abilities. You can find them in the main world view by clicking the button in the lower-left corner or by pressing the Tab key (default). Navigate down the list and click the abilities you want to upgrade. It's not super intuitive, and this is one of the things that will be worked on before the game launches in EA.
