How to install London Mod?

Just got first responders. Used to play EM4 on my old computer and had london mod. I want to install london mod on first responders but the download I have from emergency planet is a em4 mod installer which does not exist in 911 first responders files so it cannot install. Any help is greatly apperciated.

The question to this is "Where is my em4 installer?"

You won't be able to install any big mods without the installer (la mod has its own installer)
Do the following

Library>Games>Right click 911 First responders> Press Open Local Files> Click the installer which you should see.
