Difference between 911 FR and Em4

What's difference between this game and Emergency 4 Deluxe? I have 911FR and think about buy Em4, but do I really need Em4?

the only differenc is the language emergency 4 is the German Version and 911 First responder is the US version i for examlpe buyed the US version on steam because the German edition wasnt available at the time.

Emergency 4 Deluxe has 3 More Missions and 1 More Freeplay Map than 911 First Responder

but you will play the game most likely with mods so there is not really a point for that because the mods come with new Freeplay maps and missions for free and are compatible with EM4 and 911

so...the only real differenc is the language so if you want to play in english get 911 if you want to play in German Play Em4

is Emergency 4 and 911 FR compatible with each other tho? Like I have 911 FR but it is no longer on the store page but Emergency 4 deluxe is on the store. Would I have to buy Emergency 4 Deluxe to play with people or can I just use my copy of 911 FR with my friend who has Emergency 4 Deluxe?
