Downloading Mod Files into EM4
When I download the file, I extract the file and then put the extracted file under mods in the "mods" file in the "911 First Responders" File. However when I open the game and go to modifications, they are not there. I was able to download LA mod but have not been able to get any other mod to work. Can someone help out?

is it a e4mod file? if it is, then you need to go into the files, and open Mod installer. Find the e4mod file and press 'install modifacation'

When I do that, it opens up all the files that make up that mod. What do I do now?

Oh, so its not an e4mod file, this is simple, just move the folder into the "mods' part, tell me if that doesn't work.

It is already in mods. When I go into the game and go to modification it looks like an image of a wrench. However, the LA Mod shows the LAFD logo but the other 4 modifications show what looks like a wrench.

this might be your problem, there might be two folders, one contaning the folder containing the mod, this is a problem i had with harbor city.
