Unplug/remove any Logitech made devices from your computer and try again.

I have no Logitech devices on my Laptop and even tried disconnecting my wireless mouse. It didn't work.

I have the same problem. I love this game. But alas, whenever I start the game and hit play the ship starts spinning out of control whether I have a controller plugged in or not. I'm using an xbox one controller. I also tried a 360 controller but got the same results. If anyone can fond a way to fix the spinning issue that'd be awesome and thank you.

Uninstall or disable anything listed as Hid device under devices and printers.

I have the same problem but my keyboard, mouse and headset are all Logitech, so that won't work :) Any other ideas? Joystick is a Cyborg v.1 which I would love to use but for the spinny thing

The "Logitech bug" is pretty notorious. I'd suggest unplugging them all and removing the, from Devices and Printers so none of those devices show up at all anymore, then see if it still does it. I suppose you'll need to find another mouse you can use to be able to launch the game and test.
