Why isn't Jedi Starfighter available on Steam?
I just don't understand why only Starfighter is on Steam. Both are great games, and were made before disnay ruined everything. Now that I think about it, Clone Wars, Bounty Hunter, and Rouge Squadron III aren't available on Steam either. IS it publishing rights?

The obvious answer is that none of those games you mentioned were ever released on the computer. I have no idea why LucasArts limited them to specific consoles, though I suspect Rogue Squadron II and III may have been limited to the Gamecube for technical reasons, being one of the few games to really utilise a lot of the functionality of the Gamecube and really push it to its limits.

The only way to play those games you mentioned on the computer is to use an emulator, such as PCSX2 and Dolphin. You will need a very good computer though to run them at full speed.
Fun fact - the config file for the PC version of Star Wars Starfighter says "Star Wars Jedi Starfighter" at the top. It seems they used Jedi Starfighter's codebase to make the PC version.

Star Wars Jedi Starfighter is being given away free in November if you have a XBL Games with Gold or Ultimate Gamepass sub. I am happy to add it to my Xbox One library enhanced to 4K resolution on my Xbox One X since I couldn't get it on my PC. I bought the Star Wars Collection a couple of years ago on PC, so I am pleased to add one of the few not available on PC.

I beat Jedi Starfighter with the cxbx-r xbox emulator. It runs really well, better than PCSX2.

In case it helps all three of those games (their released PS2 versions) are available on Playstation Now which you can access with PC. (it's a monthly/annual subscription. If you do go for it and want to reduce the cost a year is £10 cheaper if you buy via CDKeys currently).

How would buying a Playstation game allow me to play it on my PC?
