They have endgame stats on par with Beerus or Broly gear. It's as overpowered as you can get as far as clothes go anyway. Though since it's percentage based it's not as bad as it seems. Still why would you ever wear anything else available to you as a new player if you start with those?
Last. The gameplay part of this video was abysmal.. having to use a large heal then to lose half more HP against a cpu opponent in this day and age is... why are you showing a video of that? XD (I'd understand it if it were Mira or sparring Goku or Vegeta. Super armor is op-ish <.<)
Indeed the arrows are percentages. meaning if you have more points in that stat the bigger teh bonus is or the bigger the cut in the case of red arrows.
for instance I have 0 in ki, a full set with some ki bonus is hardly giving any bonus since I have low ki points. But it does not take away that much for that matter if the arrows are red.
but It would give a lot more if I had invested quite a bit there.
Some people like to make their character look a certain way. The Single player campaign is all offline anyway, the stats on these could help someone get through the tougher fights.
Seeing all the heavily basic and super slanted stats could help new players figure out that spreading points out when levelling up is not the most efficient use of them,
