I think most all the DBZ ps2 game would work on PC. if you can run on emualtor mostly like they can port them

Download the emulator (PCSX2), dump the BIOS files (you must do this with your OWN PS2 otherwise it's illegal), and insert the game disc, configure and play.

Warning though, you'll need a pretty decent PC to play the game at an acceptable frame rate. I recommend for this game at least a dual-core CPU @ 3.2 GHZ (something like an i3-2120 or better), and a mid range GPU such as the GTX 550 Ti.

DBZ BT3 was my fav PS2 classic. Had the best character roster i have seen

But for those classics i mainly use Ps2 emulator to play (which i gotta figure out how i configured it last time with my older computer so i can play)

You should also own an original copy of the game like I still do, seriously you can pick up the old play station versions for next to nothing now, so go buy it and you are free to play it on your p.c with an emulator.
