Anyone know how to get these skills?

[Padparadscha & Knuckles]

I can't find how exactly to get these skills:
- Meteor Strike (drops in PQ 13)
- Death Meteor (drops in PQ 16)
- Full Power Charge (drops in PQ 17)
- Super Dragon Flight (drops in PQ 19)

Anyone know how to get them?

EDIT: I have all the skills now. Found Meteor Strike just drops as a quest reward.

Super Dragon Flight is apparently a drop from getting the Hidden Ultimate Finish of PQ 19. So it doesn't actually drop from any of the fighters.

A lot of the others you have to just beat the person that has the skill in that quest for a chance to get it. Random drop chance.

I know Frieza has Death Meteor and Vegeta has Full Power Charge, but who has Meteor Strike? I know Vegeta drops Sledgehammer in PQ 13 when you beat him with or without revive.

Death Meteor is juz simply complete that quest with or without Ultimate Finish.

Meteor Strike should be in the skill shop from the start, if I'm not mistaken.

Full Power Charge should show up there eventually as well.
