its also smaller, much faster (i can chase down a aura boosting human with it in pvp) with a faster startup
its entertaining, but the fact you cant change camera angle or lock on the target when using it makes it pretty unwieldly.
Pro's
-Immune to damage during the effect
-Decent damage
-Really quick
-At the end of the attack, it has a radial knockback
-Better Juggling capabilities than Tornado ( If you steer correctly )
-Looks cool as hell
Con's
-Weaker than Blue Tornado
-Shorter range
Blue *Hurricane* by the way. Which is an effing stupid name because it's clearly a tornado.
I still prefer Blue Hurricane due to the fact it's a lot easier to use...Burning Spins is much more difficult to control, especially with that weird camera angle lock.
But, it's just not very reliable to use anyway, tough to keep it on enemies.
The damage on most DLC 2 skills seems subpar for the most part.
They seem more fit as a gimmick more than anything.
I agree that some of the skill as subpar, but others are really good. Galick Beam Cannon and Serious Bomb have some decent damage. Idk, maybe this is dimps way of saying everyone needs to be a blast build? I mean, Wolf Fang Fist is broken in that it deals almost no damage as well...
